Fireflies.
Yesterday was an interesting day a day where I was told to note in my diary or bible and remember for years to come. It was strange at the beginning but I felt that God had put me in that situation for an awakening of some sort. I met up with Shing and Ying for lunch at Mitchells for a catch-up, when we were just about to leave, Pastor Leo,grandson Jeevan and Andy Kubala walked in. Kimberley was with us at that point, she knew them better than I did, exchanged greetings and so on. Kimberley left and Shing and Ying left for the toilet. I would describe the following moment as the most awkward situation I’ve ever been in. Pastor Leo and Pastor Andy came by my table sat with me because there weren’t any seats left in the cafe. As I’ve said, I hardly knew them apart from listening to them in church, let alone held a proper conversation with them in real life. I wasn’t from Majestic church, well, used to and that made the situation all the more awkward. Pastor A was a healing evangelist , originally from New Zealand but now based in Australia. He’s a jolly fellow, listened to him when he came around to NZ to preach, at the Getsmart conference and so on. He was having a small event at Majestic later on that afternoon and Shing and Ying were planning on going. To be frank, I had totally forgotten about it but felt compelled to attend the event and told him that I would be there, which he replied in a jolly way ” Yep! We’ll see you at the front row!”. We talked for a bit, that usual awkward “Lets talk about the weather” sort of conversations which I later quickly left because, the awkwardness was strangling me.
I relayed my experience with Shing and Ying right after and we joked about how he might call me out for a prophecy and so on. Funny how that actually happened during Pastor A’s event. He called a row of us out and he prophesied over my life saying that he saw a hundred souls saved and that 10 years from now, I would look back at today and laugh. He also said that he saw bible college. He also said he would see my family saved although my parents were already Christians. I mean this sort of thing, to non-Christians , might sound bogus or some religious riff-raff but what happened , what I felt, was real. Prophecy aside, God is real and there must be a reason why so many of us are Christians. Not because we are “brain-washed” as some critics claim but this “God” that we are worshipping is real. I mean, if you knew something so great and amazing, would you be compelled to share it with the people you care about or to anyone who haven’t heard it? Speaking hypothetically, if you possessed something that was tangible and you had all the reasons to give it away without any loss, would you do it? I believe that the way some people approach the sharing of this amazing news in the wrong way. People, in general, do not respond to intimidation. If you have read up till this point, or have bothered to read this for that matter, I’m telling you not to be intimidated. Trust me, I wouldn’t risk being a fool supporting something or believing in something that is total bull-shit. I wouldn’t claim , either, to be that perfect Christian. I’m just a normal person, just like you, who happened to be in the position of possessing and knowing something so real and wonderful that I’m compelled to let you know this.

Amen! So pleased to see this!! God is the reality.
big things for you chrislynn for sure.
